The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated right next to the famous Zwinger and within a short walking distance to all the major sights of the city center. The rooms are adequately furnished and the kitchen corner is perfect for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
The service provided by the staff could be improved.

Great location, close to attractions. Well-appointed and spacious apartments. Kitchen facilities vary but all adequate. Option for buffet breakfast nearby. Limited noise from ongoing construction. Parking available at additional cost. Value for money with excellent amenities.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre, close to all the sights of this city. The hotel facilities are great, with a nicely equipped kitchenette and comfortable, stylish rooms. The cleanliness is great, and the staff is great.

The best aspects were the central location, just a stone's throw away from the Zwinger and other attractions. The amazing view from the rooftop bar was a definite highlight of the stay. Despite the initial unfriendliness of the staff, they were responsive and attentive to our requests. The well-designed bathroom was a small saving grace, although the limited supply of toiletries for a multi-night stay was disappointing.
Disliked the lack of clear directions to find the hotel. It was like a hidden treasure hunt with no GPS or visible sign.

We had a great stay at a great city centre apartment with a self-catering option. The design of the place was awesome, creating an open and friendly environment. The apartment was well-equipped, even including an espresso automatic. The location was really good, right in the heart of the old part of the city. We also had a nice experience dining at the on-site restaurant and attending a New Year's Eve dinner and party on the terrace. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts an incredible location that allowed me to explore the fascinating city center with ease. the luxurious amenities surpassed my expectations, including an exceptional restaurant with special diet menus and a private bar/lounge area perfect for gatherings. the room advantages were exclusive, with unique decor and comfortable, high-quality furniture.
One minor issue was the lack of available service staff on some occasions. Despite this, the staff was helpful when needed, and the exceptional location and luxurious amenities more than made up for it.
